ALDI Merrylands Carbon Fibre Strengthening
Description:
Freyssinet Australia was engaged to strengthen the concrete slab area within ALDI at Merryland’s Stocklands Shopping Centre. Due to the increase in load that newly proposed block walls would induce on the existing slab, along with increased general loading due to the internal fit out configuration, additional flexural reinforcement was employed by way of Carbon Fibre Strengthening.
Key Aspects:
Works were completed diligently and well ahead of schedule.
A good rapport was built between the client and our project team.
The client was extremely pleased with Freyssinet’s efforts and indicated a desire to work with us again in the near future.
